Bubble-themed Birthday

Luc celebrated his 2nd birthday along with his good friend Milo at San Gabriel Park. Some of their playgroup buddies came to wish them a happy birthday.

Our new home

We've just returned from a house-hunting trip in Beloit, Wisconsin... with success! Here's a picture of Luc inspecting the back deck of our new home. It's a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home built in 1914. It's still got a lot of the original architectual details from the Arts & Crafts period and is almost completely remodeled from top to bottom. It's located in the historic district of the town of Beloit, and is only 3 blocks from the campus of Beloit College, where Jenn will join the Anthropology Department in the Fall.
